In a proactive move towards organizational excellence, Agusan del Sur National High School recently held a Mid-Year Performance Review and Evaluation cum LAC Session focusing on the crucial 7S principles of Good Housekeeping.

A part of her 100 Days to-do-list in enhancing the school's overall efficiency, functionality and productivity in the workplace, Venus Asis Decinilla-Bajao, Principal IV of Agusan del Sur National High School, has set principles constituting a robust framework designed to instill a culture of cleanliness and organization within the institution. The comprehensive approach encompasses Sorting, Setting in order, Shining, Standardizing, Sustaining, Safety, and Spirit.

To empower both teaching and non-teaching personnel with essential skills to make informed financial decisions, discussions on financial literacy took into the agenda as well.

Participants engaged in insightful discussions, shared reflection on the performance review based on PPST indicators, and identified areas for improvement. The collaborative nature of the session fostered a sense of shared responsibility for maintaining a conducive learning environment.
